MANCHESTER, N.H. - Manchester Monarchs Head Coach, Rich Seeley, announced today that goaltender, Doug Carr, has been loaned to the Ontario Reign (AHL). Carr, 26, played in 13 games with the Monarchs this season, earning a 6-3-0-4 record while posting a 2.45 GAA and a 0.928 save percentage.
