MANCHESTER, N.H. - Manchester Monarchs Head Coach, Rich Seeley, announced today that Steven Hodges has been assigned to Manchester by the Portland Pirates, and Austin Block has been traded to the Orlando Solar Bears (ECHL) Hodges, 21, has not appeared in a game this season for Portland, but split playing time in the 2014-15 season between the San Antonio Rampage (AHL) and Cincinnati Cyclones (ECHL).
