Atlanta Earns Point in OT Loss to Florida

The Atlanta Gladiators drew first blood against the Florida Everblades, scoring 9:31 into the first period. Derek Nesbitt passed to Max Everson at the point who wristed a shot over the glove of Florida goaltender, Anthony Peters, to give the home team a 1-0 lead.
