Tommy Mendonca Returns For 2016 Season

SIOUX CITY, IA - The Sioux City Explorers announced today that the club has re-signed INF Tommy Mendonca to a 2016 American Association contract. The upcoming season will be Mendonca's 8th season in professional baseball and 3rd season as a member of the X's.
