Empire Signs WR Samuel Charles

SPOKANE, Washington - The Spokane Empire has signed wide receiver Samuel Charles to their 2016 roster. Charles (WR, 6-3, 210, Edward Waters) joins the Empire for his second season as a member of the IFL. In 2014 as a member of the IFL's Wyoming Calvary, Charles saw action in 14 games and led the team with 79 receptions for 849 yards and 22 touchdowns.
