Jazian Gortman delivered a standout performance, leading all scorers with a career-high 30 points. Legends Acquire Justin Powell in Trade with Stockton Kings

January 15, 2025 - Frisco, Tx - The Texas Legends announced today that they have acquired Justin Powell from the Stockton Kings in exchange for the 2025 second-round pick (TEX) and Tyler Hall's Returning Player Rights. Powell (6-5), joins the Legends after stints with Stockton and Cleveland in the G League, where he averaged 5.9 points, 2.8 rebounds, and 1.2 assists per game across 51 career contests. January 10, 2025 - OCEANSIDE, CA - The Texas Legends (2-5) fell to the San Diego Clippers (4-3) in the second game of their back-to-back series, 105-89, at Frontwave Arena on Saturday night. The Legends were paced by Jazian Gortman, who scored a team-high 20 points while also dishing out 6 assists.
