Sioux Falls, SD - The Sioux Falls Canaries announced on Friday afternoon that Joe Bircher will return for a third season with the organization. The 27-year-old Bircher made 15 starts for the Birds last season, finishing the year with a 4-4 record and 3.04 ERA.
