GENEVA, Ill. - The Kane County Cougars were contacted in 2015 about their inclusion in a musical that was to premiere in the United Kingdom in 2016. Two Chicago-based writers, Alexi Kovin and Kaitlin Gilgenbach, wrote The Guide to Being Single, which made its UK debut in February and was produced by the Starbuck Theatre Company.
