Portland, Maine - Every Sea Dog recorded a hit in Portland's 13-7 win over the Akron RubberDucks (26-27) on Thursday afternoon. With the win, Portland improves to 34-20 and continues to lead the Eastern League's Northeast Division. In a rematch of last season's USFL Championship, the Birmingham Stallions defeated the Philadelphia Stars, 27-24, thanks to quarterback Alex McGough's 333-yard, three-touchdown performance. LouCity Completes Historic Transfer with Benfica for Star Defender Wynder

Louisville City FC and S.L. Benfica have agreed to a record transfer for Josh Wynder that will this summer see the rising star defender join Portugal's most-decorated club, it was announced Thursday.
